RETURN POLICY
We offer free 14 day returns/ exchanges on unworn garments.
To ensure your return/ exchange process goes smoothly, please remember:
- Products must not be washed, worn or altered
- Keep all tags attached to unworn garments along with original LayBare invoice and packaging
- Prevent makeup, deodorant, perfume, and smoke from contacting garments
We reserve the right to refuse returns on products that do not meet our hygiene and health standards.
- The free gift is included as a part of the order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product. There may be a prorated deduction of the value of the free gift to calculate the credit amount in case the free gift has not been returned.
To initiate return:
- Go to account’s section and click on orders
- Go to orders and select return with your order number and reason for return
- Or you can drop an email to our customer support team at baresupport@laybareshop.com within 14 business days of receiving the order
- Once your request is received, based on the outcome of the return initiated, we will pick the product from you. We will initiate the refund or exchange process only if above criteria’s are fulfilled.
Non- Returnable/ Exchangeable Products
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain intimate items such as panties/ stick on bras, tapes/ pasties are not eligible for return or exchange
- Products marked as “final sale” or “limited edition”
- Products sold in multi-packs cannot be returned individually
EXCHANGE POLICY
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Products can be exchanged for the same or different sizes of the same style or for any other item of the same or different value. In case of higher value products, the difference amount needs to be prepaid by the customer.
- In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount or store credit after the product reaches our warehouse
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- If second exchange/ refund request is raised for already exchanged products, standard shipping charges would be charged
Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner.
REFUND POLICY
- In case of cancellation before shipment, we initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
- For any cancellation/ exchange which has already been shipped , refund will be processed only once we receive the products back at our warehouse in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund/ exchange in case we receive a missing/ damaged product.
- For return orders payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours after we receive the product back to our warehouse.
- For cash on delivery transactions ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back.
It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
- We also provide the option of refund through store credit/ voucher, which can be used during future purchases. It can be redeemed only once & the products cannot be returned, only exchanged once.
